2. Enrollment and Trial Classes
- Free Trial: We offer a free trial class to new students to evaluate our teaching methods.
- Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration or “Book Trial Class” process.
- Age Requirement: For students who are minors, a parent or legal guardian must oversee the registration and monitor the online sessions.
3. Fee Structure and Payments (Hadya)
- Monthly Hadya: Payments are collected on a monthly basis in advance. The specific “Hadya” amount depends on the selected course and frequency of classes.
- Currency: Payments are typically processed in USD (or the currency specified at the time of invoice).
- Non-Payment: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate classes if the monthly fee is not paid by the agreed-upon due date.
4. Attendance and Cancellation Policy
- Punctuality: Students are expected to be online and ready at the scheduled time. Teachers will wait for a maximum of 10-15 minutes before marking the class as “Absent.”
- Rescheduling: If a student cannot attend a class, at least 6-12 hours’ notice is required. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a make-up class, subject to teacher availability.
- Teacher Absence: If a teacher is unable to attend a class, we will provide a substitute teacher or arrange a make-up session at a time convenient for the student.
5. Code of Conduct
- Respectful Behavior: Both students and teachers are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any form of harassment, inappropriate language, or misconduct will lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.
- Environment: Students should ensure they are in a quiet, clean, and appropriate environment for learning the Holy Quran.
6. Privacy and Security
- Data Protection: We value your privacy. Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is used solely for communication and educational purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
- Recorded Sessions: Classes may occasionally be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and teacher training purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, ShiaQuranTeacher.us and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and educational materials provided during classes. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you must not:
- Republish material from our website.

- Refunds for the current month are generally not provided once classes have commenced.
